On the occasion of the 11th National Constitution Day, and in active response to the call of establishing an “International Commercial Arbitration Hub serving as an innovative center for science and technology development and a global platform for international exchanges ”, and in support of the construction of the International Commercial Arbitration Hub, the Beijing Arbitration Commission has, following the completion of the name change registration with the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice , the BAC will officially rename the “Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center” to “Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Court (BAC/BIAC)” from December 4th, 2024.
