Dear readers,

The BAC Newsletter, as a professional electronic journal sponsored by BAC, added a new column-arbitration Comment since the 19th issue. This column is to serve for a platform where all those in arbitration community may express their opinions on BAC, arbitration, and ADR and exchange with and know each other better. As planned, this Column will publish one or two specialized commentary articles of 2000 to 3000 words. Such article will not be necessarily in strict academic pattern, nor adopt systematized style of expression, so long as it focuses on ideals exchange and is enlightening. Or say, such article should be similar to currently popular blog articles, which are written down leisurely and freely. We are open for your advice and looking forward to your articles sharing with others.

Further more, as BAC Newsletter is a Chinese-English bilingual journal, if you would like to contribute your articles in Chinese, we will have all the contents translated into English by professional translation service agency. Of course, articles in English are also welcomed. Besides, we will pay author remuneration at a rate of RMB 150 yuan per 1000 Chinese characters.
