����During Oct 9th till 10th, 2008, ��Seminar on Commercial Arbitration in Several Countries�� was held in Ulan Bator, Capital of Mongolia. This multi-national conference was held by Mongolian Arbitration Center, with the speakers from China Trade Arbitration Committee, International Commercial Arbitration Court of Russian Fed Chamber of Industries and Commerce, American Arbitration Association, Arbitration Court of Slovenian Chamber of Industries and Commerce, Korean Commercial Arbitration Court, Japan Commercial Arbitration Association, Arbitration Court in International Chamber of Commerce and UN Trade Laws Committee. The conference lasted for two days, with the subjects in: Trends and practices of development of contemporary arbitration, functions of UN Trade Laws Committee for arbitration development, development trend of resolution mechanism for substitutional disputes in International Chamber of Commerce as well as arbitration practices in Mongolia, etc. Before the end of the conference, the conference discussed and determined that the multinational conference in 2009 will be organized by Korea Commercial Arbitration Court.
