����On March 7, 2009, German Institution for Arbitration (Deutsche Institution f��r Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit, DIS) will hold the first taxation and arbitration conference in Frankfurt, with the theme of arbitration clauses in tax treaty. The conference will bring together experts and scholars from all walks of life (arbitration lawyers, tax lawyers and senior tax judges, administration officials and business representatives, etc.) to discuss the prospects for arbitration in the settlement of international tax issues.

����The 14th Geneva Global Arbitration Forum, originally scheduled on 3-4 December 2008, has been postponed to 3-4 June 2009.
