Dear readers,
The BAC Newsletter, a professional electronic journal sponsored by BAC, introduced a new regular column, “Arbitration Comment”, in its 19th issue. This column aims to provide a platform where all members of the arbitration community can express their opinions on BAC, arbitration, and ADR, and exchange ideas in an interactive and inclusive environment. We are currently seeking submissions from all members of the arbitration community for publication in Arbitration Comment, with the goal of publishing two specialized commentary articles of 2000 to 3000 words in length.
Articles do not necessarily need to be presented in a strict academic format, nor are the authors required to adopt a systematized style of expression, so long as the focus of the article provides enlightening insights for other members of the arbitration community and encourages an exchange of ideas. One approach could be to write in a style similar to currently popular blog articles, that is, an informal and casual style. We are open to your feedback and very much looking forward to sharing your insights with others.
Also, as the BAC Newsletter is a Chinese-English bilingual journal, if you would like to contribute your articles in Chinese, we will have all the contents translated into English by professional translation service agency. Of course, articles in English are also welcomed. Please note that published authors will be remunerated at a rate of RMB 150 yuan per 1000 Chinese characters.
