2. On March 17, 2012, the “Symposium on Arbitration Service for National Defense Construction” was held by the BAC at Jinghai Mansion, Commander Department of the Navy. 41 cadres, including 3 generals, who were devoted to military legislation, justice, legal advice, and political work for a long time, attended the symposium. They were all from the four headquarters (the Headquarters of the General Staff, the General Political Department, the General Logistics Department, and the General Armament Department), different categories of troops (the Navy, the Air Force, and the Second Artillery Force) of the Chinese Liberation Army, and the Beijing military region and the armed police force.

3. On March 23, 2012, a delegation of 16 students from China University of Political Science and Law visited the BAC. This activity was one of the “Step Closer” activities held by the student union of the university to help students become more knowledgeable about arbitration and to gain more practical legal experience. Jiang Qiuju, the deputy director general of the 2nd secretary division of BAC, Lv Xin, a senior secretary, and Zhang Jiechao, a secretary, hosted them.
